What is included in my order?

Included in your hanging sign order is a collapsible, high quality aluminum frame and full color, custom printed pillow-case construction fabric graphic with zipper, opaque fabric liner and single point harness. Your hanging sign will ship in a cardboard box unless you order a case (or cases if needed) for your hanging sign. For quality assurance, we also include an email proof AND "hard proof" printed on the actual sign fabric for your color approval.

What other accessories do you offer?

We currently offer suspended sign rotators for all hanging sign sizes and shapes as well as rotomolded shipping cases with wheels for shipping. These items can be found in the Accessories section.

How quickly can I get my order?

Your order will ship 10-15 business days after we receive your print ready art files. If you are in need of a rush order, please contact us.

How do I get my fabric hanging sign installed at my next trade show?

Most trade shows will send you a show book, which will include an option for you to order "hanging sign rigging." Or call your show services provider for more information.

How is the sign assembled?

Are other custom hanging banner sizes/shapes available which are not listed on this website?

Yes. Please fill out our contact form or contact us at 888.964.0004 with the size of hanging sign you would like to have made and we will email you a custom quote.

Can I get a replacement graphic for a hanging sign frame I already own?

Yes. Send us the details on the sizing of your hanging banner frame and we can send you a quote for a replacement fabric graphic for your hanging sign frame. We will require you send your hanging sign frame to us so that we can ensure the custom graphic we make for you fits.

Can I order a sign without the opaque liner?

Yes. We will be glad to send you a custom quote on the hanging sign you would like to purchase without a liner. However, we do strongly recommend you get the liner as it increases the quality of visibility greatly under the poor lighting at most trade show halls. For a custom quote, please click here.
