Our Quality Assurance Program
Each hanging sign we produce follows our multi-step Quality Assurance Program. First, when we receive your graphic files, our graphic design team will review the files for resolution, sizing, and quality. We will then send you an email proof, which confirms placement on your hanging sign for your review. With approval of the email proof, we will then produce and send to you a "hard proof." Your "hard proof" is a 24" x 36" sample print of your files on the actual fabric your graphics will be printed on for the hanging sign. We believe that a "hard proof" is essential in ensuring the quality of your print because it allows you to see exactly how your graphics and colors will look on the fabric. Next, each aluminum frame is fully assembled and your finished printed fabric banner is placed on your actual hanging sign frame to guarantee a proper fit.
