Art files

High Resolution File at least 300dpi at 100% in vector format required. Once your order is placed, you will be sent an email containing instructions for uploading your order art to our ftp site as well as file sizing for your order. For more information, see the art specifications below.

Your sign will ship in a cardboard box unless you order a case (or cases) if needed for your sign.

Art specifications

We specialize in printing your graphic files in the highest quality possible. The art files we accept are jpeg, tiff, eps, Illustrator and Photoshop files at a minimum of 300dpi at 100%. Color mode should be CMYK. We do not accept Quark, InDesign, bmp, or low-resolution files. Please convert all type to outlines or paths and include all Pantone (pms) colors. Do not Embed imported images.

We have an FTP site for easy uploading of your files to help expedite your orders. Once you place your order, you will receive an email detailing the print area specifications for your specific order as well as instructions for our FTP site.

Please contact us if you should need assistance with your graphic art files. We will be happy to assist you. Graphic design time if needed will be billed at the hourly rate of $90.00


What is the production process?

• Once you place your order, you will receive your order confirmation by email within 24 hours. Following your order confirmation, you will receive an email containing art specifications for the sign you have ordered as well as a link for uploading your graphics to our ftp site or instructions for mailing your graphics to us on a disk should you prefer.

• Once we receive your graphic files, you will receive an email proof including placement and printing details for your sign.

• Once you have approved your email proof, you will receive a “hard proof” by mail. Your “hard proof” will arrive approximately 3 business days after you have approved your email proof. The “hard proof” is 24” x 36” and will include a small scale sample print of your graphics for color approval.

• Once you have approved your “hard proof,” your order will go into print production.

• Approximately 5 business days after your order goes into print production, you will receive an email photo of your sign completely put together along with your tracking numbers for shipment.

• Your sign will ship and your card will be charged.

• A rush charge of 20% will apply to any orders placed with less than 10 business days for production.

We are here to assist you with your order. Please keep in mind that once you place an order, it is a custom order and cannot be canceled for any reason.

Our quality assurance program

Each sign we produce follows our multi-step Quality Assurance Program. First, when we receive your graphic files, our graphic design team will review the files for resolution, sizing, and quality. Once you have received your email proof, which confirms placement on your sign, we will send you a “hard proof.” Your “hard proof” is a 24” x 36” sample print of your files on the actual fabric your graphics will be printed on for the sign. We believe that a “hard proof” is essential to ensuring the quality of your print as colors do often print differently on fabric than they do on other materials. Next, each aluminum frame is fully assembled and your finished printed fabric banner is placed on your actual frame to guarantee a proper fit.
