Order Steps
You can place your fabric hanging sign order online or by phone
((888) 964-0004).
Once you place your order, you will usually receive your order confirmation by email within 24 hours. Following your order confirmation, you will receive an email containing art specifications for the hanging sign you have ordered as well as a link for uploading your graphics to our ftp site or instructions for mailing your graphics to us on a disk should you prefer.
Once we receive your graphic files, for your hanging sign, you will receive an email proof including placement and printing details for your hanging sign.
Once you have approved your email proof, you will receive a "hard proof" by mail. Your "hard proof" will arrive approximately 3 business days after you have approved your email proof. The "hard proof" is 24" x 36" and will include a small scale sample print of your graphics for color approval.
Once you have approved your "hard proof", your order will go into print production.
Approximately 3-5 business days after your order goes into print production, you will receive an email photo of your hanging sign completely put together along with your tracking numbers for shipment.
